E-PAY HAS IMPROVED!

E-PAY IS LIVE!

Give it a test drive by accessing the i-Net today!

What's Not Changed?

  • E-Pay will continue to be a free service to our members who have checking accounts with TFCU.
  • Members who have set up recurring bill payments or those who have set up regular payees will have all the same information migrated to the new E-Pay service.

What's New and Improved?

  • A new look and feel: New options for bill presentment, automated payments, new reports, and payee categories.
  • Some payment processing details have changed: Payments can be scheduled with the current day as the payment date up until 8 pm CST (used to be 11 pm CST.) Payments cannot be scheduled for Saturday and recurring payments that land on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday will process the following day, not the preceding day.
  • Bill presentment: A new feature where you can have companies automatically send you online bills instead of mailing you paper statements/bills each month. You will receive a notification that a bill has been received, for example a TXU or regular phone bill. Less paper bills coming in the mail each month means fewer opportunities for identify theft and reduces the chances of bills being misplaced once received.
  • Multiple Account Option: You will now have the option to use multiple accounts to pay bills (i.e. pay bills from other checking accounts besides TFCU checking accounts). So you can now have all your bills sent to you online and when you go into the i-N.E.T. and use E-Pay you can pay your bills online from whatever funding account you want to use.
  • Order a Year End CD: You can now also order a year end CD that captures all your billing information on an encrypted CD. You will be able to categorize bills (utilities, auto expenses, money for the kids, etc.) so you can track all your expenses. This feature can be very helpful for managing budgets and for tracking expenses for tax purposes.
  • Enhanced Security Measures: E-mail is a must! E-Pay users must now register an e-mail address in order to use E-Pay service. Because e-mail addresses are required, every migrated user will be presented with a screen that asks for your e-mail address with the new E-Pay.
  • New "Delivery By" Date: You can now access a calendar to view the "Delivery By" date. E-Pay automatically calculates the "Delivery By" date for check payments to be five (5) business days out and electronic payments to be three (3) business days out.
  • Managing Payees: You can now deactivate a payee. Unlike deleting a payee, deactivate keeps the payment and e-bill history and changes the payee to inactive. You can later reactivate payees as well. That way, you can still have a complete history of Bill Pay use on the year end CD ordered even if you only send a bill once or twice to a payee.
  • Recurring Payments: An end date is no longer required for recurring payments. You can select an option to continue the payments indefinitely.
